I have a 2010 Toyota Camry SE 2.5L 4 cyl. and wanted to know what kind of oil I should use in the Oil change and at what mileage to do it at, 5000, 10,000?? 0W-20, 5w-20??

Check your owners manual. It tells you all of this. If it says you can run the 0W I would recommend it and buy a full synthetic version. Otherwise your fuel economy and performance will suffer slightly.

As a toyota technician use 0w20 toyota blend synthetic. it is a CERTIFIED 10,000 mile service interval and don't forget to rotate your tires at 5,000 miles either. Definitely recommend dealership for the first 40k though. Otherwise an on-going issue with the vehicle is most likely not to be fixed and could cost you.
